- 90 ml Aperol
- 60 ml Prosecco (dry)
- 30 ml soda water
- 1 cup ice
- 1 piece orange slice
Steps
- 1Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.
- 2Pour Prosecco first to preserve the bubbles.
- 3Add Aperol and a splash of soda water.
- 4Stir once or twice gently.
- 5Garnish with a slice of fresh orange.
