- 30 g butter
- 100 g feta cheese
- 4 tbsp cream
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 bunch parsley

- 2Place one egg in each; add a spoon of cream.
- 3Scatter crumbled feta around the yolk.
- 4Season with black pepper.
- 5Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
- 6Serve hot, garnished with parsley and toast.
