- 60 ml dark rum
- 150 ml ginger beer
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 1 cup ice
- 1 piece lime wedge
Steps
- 1Fill a highball glass with ice.
- 2Pour ginger beer over the ice and squeeze in lime juice.
- 3Float the dark rum on top by pouring slowly over the back of a spoon.
- 4Garnish with a lime wedge and serve without stirring to keep the layers.
