- 250 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- 3 pcs eggs
- 300 g grated carrots
- 100 g walnuts
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 200 g cream cheese
- 150 g icing sugar

- 1Whisk eggs with sugar and oil.
- 2Stir in carrots, walnuts, flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
- 3Pour into a greased tin; bake at 175°C for 35–40 minutes.
- 4Cool completely.
- 5Beat cream cheese with icing sugar for the frosting.
- 6Spread over the cooled cake and serve.
