Creamy classic egg salad with a hint of mustard and paprika — great for sandwiches or lettuce wraps.

Ingredients

Serves:4
  • 6 large eggs
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 0.25 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1Place eggs in cold water, bring to boil, then simmer 10 minutes. Transfer to ice water and peel.
  2. 2Roughly chop eggs.
  3. 3Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl.
  4. 4Add eggs, diced celery, and chives. Fold gently.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. 6Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days.
