- 4 large eggs
- 0.75 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 0.25 tsp salt
Steps
- 1Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, and salt in a shallow bowl.
- 2Heat butter on a griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
- 3Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, letting it soak 15-20 seconds per side.
- 4Place on the hot griddle and cook until golden brown (2-3 min per side).
- 5Serve warm with maple syrup, powdered sugar, or fresh berries.
