Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients

• 20 ml vodka
• 20 ml blanco tequila
• 20 ml white rum
• 20 ml gin
• 20 ml triple sec
• 30 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml simple syrup
• 1 splash cola
• 1 cup ice
• 1 piece lemon wedge

Steps

1. 1Fill a tall glass and a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. 2Add vodka, tequila, rum, gin, triple sec, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
3. 3Shake briefly to combine and chill.
4. 4Strain into the tall glass over fresh ice.
5. 5Add a splash of cola and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
