Mai Tai

Ingredients

• 40 ml aged white rum
• 20 ml dark rum
• 20 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml orange curacao
• 15 ml orgeat syrup
• 1 cup crushed ice
• 1 piece mint sprig and lime wheel

Steps

1. 1Add both rums, lime juice, orange curaçao, and orgeat to a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake well for 15 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
4. 4Float remaining dark rum over the top by pouring over the back of a spoon.
5. 5Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lime wheel.
