A classic French salad with tuna, green beans, potatoes, olives, and a Dijon vinaigrette.

- 200 g tuna in olive oil
- 150 g green beans
- 300 g baby potatoes
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 80 g Kalamata olives
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- 1Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and halve.
- 2Blanch green beans in salted boiling water for 3 minutes, then transfer to ice water.
- 3Whisk together mustard, vinegar, and olive oil for the dressing.
- 4Arrange lettuce, potatoes, beans, tomatoes, eggs, olives, and tuna on a platter.
- 5Drizzle dressing over everything and serve.
