Spinach Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

• 150 g baby spinach
• 200 g strawberries
• 60 g feta cheese
• 60 g pecans
• 0.25 red onion
• 4 tbsp poppy seed dressing
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp butter

Steps

1. 1Melt butter in a pan, toss pecans with sugar, and cook until caramelised. Spread on parchment to cool.
2. 2Wash and hull strawberries, slice them.
3. 3Thinly slice red onion.
4. 4Combine spinach, strawberries, and onion in a bowl.
5. 5Top with feta and candied pecans.
6. 6Drizzle with poppy seed dressing just before serving.
