Rice paper rolls packed with spring vegetables, avocado and fresh herbs – a light and healthy Easter starter for everyone.

Ingredients

Serves:4
  • 10 pcs rice paper wrappers
  • 1 pc avocado
  • 1 pc cucumber
  • 1 pc carrot
  • 100 g lettuce
  • 3 stalks spring onion
  • 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1Soak a rice paper wrapper in warm water for 30 seconds.
  2. 2Lay flat and place a lettuce leaf on the bottom third.
  3. 3Top with julienned vegetables and avocado slices.
  4. 4Roll tightly, folding in the sides.
  5. 5Repeat for remaining wrappers.
  6. 6Serve with sweet chilli dipping sauce, scattered with sesame seeds.
