A spring banitsa loaded with feta, eggs and fresh spring onions – a seasonal twist on the Bulgarian Easter morning pastry.

  • 5 pcs eggs
  • 400 g feta cheese
  • 4 stalks spring onion
  • 80 g melted butter
  • 200 ml yoghurt
  • 0.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
