Privacy & Cookie Policy
How svcs.bg uses cookies and advertising, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 6 July 2026
Who we are
svcs.bg is a free, ad-supported social platform and tools catalogue. This page explains what data we process, the cookies and advertising technologies we use, and how you can control ad personalisation. The tools themselves run in your browser — we do not upload your inputs to run them.
What we process
When you use svcs.bg we process the account data you provide (such as email and profile details if you sign up), basic technical data needed to serve the site, and — for the advertising described below — data handled by Google and its partners. We do not sell your personal data to data brokers.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep the site working (for example, to keep you signed in and remember your language and theme). We also allow Google AdSense to set advertising cookies to fund the free service. Strictly-necessary cookies do not require consent; advertising cookies do, as described next.
Google AdSense and advertising
We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google, acting as a third-party vendor, uses cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. Ads are clearly distinguishable from content and are never placed inside a tool’s results.
Your consent choices (EU/EEA)
If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, a Google-certified consent message (IAB TCF v2.2) appears before personalised ads are served. You can consent, refuse, or manage individual options, and you can change your choice at any time by reopening the consent options from the cookie message. If you refuse, you will still see ads, but only non-personalised ones.
Personalised vs non-personalised ads
Personalised ads use cookies and profile signals to show more relevant ads. Non-personalised ads use only contextual information such as the page content and general location, and are shown to visitors who decline consent.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand overall usage. These measurements are anonymous and first-party. Where Google Analytics is enabled, it is configured to minimise the data collected.
What we don’t do
We do not sell or license your personal data to data brokers, and we do not buy third-party email lists. Advertising is served through Google under its published policies — not by handing your data to advertisers directly.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw advertising consent at any time via the consent options. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
