  • 250 g almond butter (100% almonds)
  • 80 g granulated erythritol
  • 1 egg, large
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a thick, uniform dough forms.
