  • 800 g canned whole tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
