Turkish Public Holiday in Turkey

About

The first day of Ramazan Bayramı (Eid al-Fitr), the three-day festival that ends the Ramadan fast. Turkey fixes the dates in advance by calculation (the Diyanet calendar), so the holiday moves about 11 days earlier each year. The afternoon before, arife, is a half-day.
