  • 120 ml mayonnaise
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 pieces garlic cloves
  • 3 pieces anchovy fillets in oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt
