  • 2 cups bread (cubed, for croutons)
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves
  • 4 fillets anchovy fillets
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
