  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup parmesan (grated)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella (shredded)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs

    Pound chicken breasts to even 1-cm thickness.

    Set up three shallow dishes: flour, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan and herbs.

    Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, coat in breadcrumb mix.
