  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

    Preheat oven to 175C and grease a 23x13 cm loaf pan.

    Mash bananas thoroughly in a large bowl. Mix in almond milk, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
