  • 350 g elbow pasta
  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked 2 hours
  • 360 ml vegetable broth
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
