- 5 pcs eggs
- 400 g feta cheese
- 200 ml yoghurt
- 80 g melted butter
- 0.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda

- 1Beat eggs, add crumbled feta and yoghurt.
- 2Stir in bicarbonate of soda.
- 3Butter a baking tray.
- 4Layer buttered filo sheets with filling, alternating until all used.

- 6Bake at 200°C for 30–35 minutes until golden.
- 7Cut into portions and serve warm.
