  • 3 medium tomatoes

  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 200 g feta cheese (block, cubed)
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
