  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 0.25 cup red onion (finely diced)
  • 1 medium tomato (seeded, diced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 small jalapeño (seeded, minced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp cumin
