- 11 g dry yeast
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 100 g raisins
- 50 g candied fruit

- 1Activate yeast in warm milk with 1 tbsp sugar.
- 2Beat eggs with remaining sugar and softened butter.
- 3Mix flour with vanilla; combine with egg mixture and yeast.
- 4Knead smooth dough; rise 2 hours.
- 5Fold in raisins and candied fruit.
- 6Fill cylindrical moulds one-third full; let rise again.
- 7Bake at 170°C for 45–50 minutes.
- 8Decorate with a white icing sugar glaze.
