Steps
- 1Brown the lamb with oil in a casserole.
- 2Add chopped onion, garlic, peppers and mushrooms.
- 3Add tomatoes and paprika; stir well.
- 4Transfer to a clay gyuvech pot (or oven-proof dish).
- 5Cover and bake at 180°C for 90 minutes.
- 6Uncover for the last 15 minutes.
- 7Serve directly from the pot.
