  • 1 kg lamb leg or shoulder
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 ml white wine
  • to taste salt and pepper
