A Rhodope Mountain speciality – lamb braised with spring nettles and rice, finished with a yoghurt and egg sauce. Pure seasonal flavour.

  • 600 g lamb pieces
  • 300 g nettles (blanched)
  • 120 g rice
  • 2 pcs onion
  • 40 g butter
  • 300 ml yoghurt
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • to taste salt and pepper
