- 100 g rice
- 1 pc onion
- 200 ml passata
- 1 bunch dill

- 1Blanch vine leaves 2 minutes; drain.
- 2Sauté diced onion in olive oil.
- 3Combine onion, lamb, rice, dill and seasoning.
- 4Place a teaspoon of filling on each leaf; roll tightly.

- 6Simmer gently 45–50 minutes.
- 7Serve warm, optionally with yoghurt.
