  • 800 g lamb shoulder pieces
  • 5 pcs potatoes
  • 2 pcs onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 2 pcs tomatoes
  • to taste salt and pepper

    Brown the lamb pieces in olive oil in a large oven-proof pot.

    Add onion, garlic and sliced tomatoes; cook 5 minutes.

    Add the quartered potatoes, rosemary, salt and 300 ml water.

    Cover and bake at 180°C for 1 hour 30 minutes.
