  • 1 cucumber
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 80 g Kalamata olives
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 30 g fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
