  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 80 ml mirin
  • 80 ml sake or dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 piece garlic clove
  • 5 g fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp cold water
