  • 500 g Greek yoghurt (full fat)
  • 1 piece cucumber
  • 2 pieces garlic cloves
  • 10 g fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch white pepper

    Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater. Place in a clean cloth or sieve, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
