How does the decision wheel work?
Enter your options — one per line — and press "Spin". The wheel spins with an animation and the pointer at the top lands on the chosen option. The pick is decided up front with a fair cryptographic draw; the spin just visualises it.
Is the pick fair?
Yes. The winner is chosen with crypto.getRandomValues plus rejection sampling, which removes modulo bias — every option has an equal chance, regardless of how big its slice looks on screen.
How many options can I add?
As many as you like — the wheel recomputes its slices for any count. With many options the label text shrinks to fit; beyond a dozen the labels get hard to read, but the pick stays fair.
What does "Remove the result after spinning" do?
When enabled, the chosen option is removed from the list after the spin — handy when you are ranking options one by one or eliminating choices over several rounds.
What is it used for?
Making an impartial decision — what to eat, whose turn it is, which task to take, picking a winner, choosing a holiday spot, or just for fun. Shareable and playful.
Are my options uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser via JavaScript — your options never leave your device and nothing is stored.
