Frequently asked questions

How do I convert an EU shoe size to US?

For men subtract roughly 33 from the EU size (EU 42 ≈ US 9); for women subtract about 31.5 (EU 38 ≈ US 7.5). The exact values are in the chart — and measuring the foot in centimetres is the reliable way.

Why are US men's and women's sizes different?

The American system uses separate scales: the women's size is about 1.5 larger than the men's for the same foot length. EU sizes are unisex.

What is a UK size?

The British system starts at size 0 at ~10 cm and steps by 1/3 inch per size; men's and women's sizes are almost identical (women's runs half a size larger with most brands).

How do I pick a size when ordering online?

Measure your foot in centimetres in the evening and compare against the specific brand's chart — the cm column is the only universal anchor. If between two sizes, take the larger one.
